Refitted entirely at the start of 2005, Dallens is a comfortable house in all seasons. Main features are:
- Large sitting room (22' * 15') with open fire and TV/DVD/Stereo.
- Large kitchen with table for 8, AGA, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven
- Utility room with washing machine/dryer
- Master double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite

- Fourth bedroom with full size bunks
- Bathroom fully refitted in Spring 2005

The house is sited 1/4 mile off the main road down a country track - the road is out of sight and out of earshot leaving you with the peace and quiet of a lovely shore side house. In the bay there are safe walks around and cycling is possible down the disused railway track that goes alongside the house. With half an acre of its grounds, there are safe areas for children.
